  • At this time, Angel Orchids ships merchandise only to locations within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do NOT EXPORT plants outside the U.S. and we do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping is by two-day USPS Priority Mail. As long as there are no extreme weather conditions like snow storms or heat waves, the USPS keeps packages in a room temperature environment. The main risk comes delivery day. If your plants are left outside on a porch or in a mail box where it is cold or overheated, the plants will suffer damage. You must decide based on your location and conditions if you have any risk. We do not replace plants because of damages caused by packages left out in extreme weather conditions or when delivery was attempted and customer was not at home to receive the shipment. Most of our customers send to a PO Box or to an address where the mail is delivered inside like an office or home where somebody can immediately accept delivery. We absolutely guarantee our plants to arrive in good condition. Your plants are packed with the greatest possible care, and we always try to wait for good weather in your area before shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the items to us immediately, and we will pay the postage and issue you a full refund.
